What payment options do I have?

Is there a minimum order?
No minimum order required. You can purchase just one item or as many as you like.
Is there a delivery charge?
There is a flat fee of €6.95 per order regardless of the quantity ordered.
How long does delivery take?
We aim to despatch packages within 48 hours (Tuesday – Saturday) of receipt. All online orders are dispatched from our store (see Facebook for up to date store opening hours)
In stock items usually dispatch within 48 hours, however we also have a retail store and sometimes an item may go out of stock before we get a chance to update our system. In this event we will contact you within 48 hours.
Orders will be delivered within Ireland by a national courier company, therefore we aim for orders to be delivered within 2-5 working days. Please be advised that busier periods will effect despatch and delivery time.
To ensure the package reaches the intended recipient we advise our customers to be certain that information provided is accurate (in particular a contact number) as the package may be returned to the shop if the courier cannot make contact with the recipient. We cannot cover shipping costs to resend the package.

We use An Post for our deliveries.
Can I track my order?
Your tracking details will be emailed to you when your order is dispatched.

Will my order be delayed because of the pandemic?
Due to delays because of COVID-19, some of your deliveries are taking slightly longer than usual to ship.
We wish you well over these difficult times and look forward to business getting back to normal as soon as possible.

How accurate are the images?
We endeavor to ensure that all images are as close to the true colour as possible, however, we cannot guarantee the representation is exact. There can sometimes be shade variations between different batches of all of our products. There can also be variations when viewing on different monitors/screens depending on the settings etc.
How do I know if my order was received successfully?
You should receive an Order Confirmation email with your order details. Please check these thoroughly. If you have made any mistakes please contact us immediately. If you haven’t received an email, then please check your SPAM filter first and then contact us.
Does the price displayed include VAT?
All our prices shown include the appropriate Vat rate for each product. If you require a Vat receipt please contact us and we will furnish you with one.

What do I do if there’s something wrong with my order?
Please contact us immediately via email if there’s a problem with your order detailing the damaged item(s), your order number and a photo of the damage to your item(s). Please do not return purchases before contacting us first. If we are not contacted, we will not be held responsible for any lost returns or return postage charges you may have incurred.
For all returns you will need to include your order and contact details. You will also need to mark the outer packaging of your return with your order number and ensure the parcel has suitable protective packaging for transit. Failure to comply with the above could result in delays processing the return.
